Patterns in the 1 times table
- The last digits repeat every 10 steps: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 0.
- The answers alternate odd, even, odd, even — odd whenever you multiply by an odd number.
- Multiplying by one changes nothing: the answer is the other number.
- 1 × 1 = 1 is the square. The answers run from 1 to 12.
